I need some legal advice. Two days ago at about 2 in the morning, I left a bar in town and decided I was sober enough to drive this girl I have been talking to home, because she had too much alcohol. We ended up arguing in the car at a nearby parking lot in front of a small office building. After we got done arguing, I thought I put the car in Reverse. Instead it went into Drive. I smashed my car into the front of the building and checked for CCTV cameras and there were none. I then drove off, because I didn't want to deal with the cops, since I already had too much to drink.
Yesterday the girl who I was with said that a detective called her and left her a voicemail. She also took a picture of the damage. Pic is of the damage. What the fuck should I do Yea Forums??? I'm spazzing out. I've never been in trouble with the police before.

Tell them you just drove the girl back and that’s it hide the car somewhere that’s not your property and then they can ask a warrant for it . They may ask to look for the car or that u own it. You can either go to court and plea not guilty and you may get asked to do a defensive driving course and to pay the damage but that’s it.
