Yes and no. When you die your body dissolves and whatever your consciousness is dissolves along with it. Matter and energy is brought back to the world. Parts of what you used to be might become grass, parts of you might become earth and parts of you might end up in another being. But "you" don't get reborn. There's no you anymore.
