Since you mentioned it, I didn't take a minor cut, I lost my job completely and no one would hire me for atleast 2 months (lost my job in June) and only today did I get told that I could have my job back delivering. I turned down a job, at BOTH of our decisions to get my CDL(because we didn't want to grow old sleeping in separate beds) but that was the only job I turned down in 2 months

I didn't mind welding, it was fun, actually. Although my weight plays a role in what positions I can COMFORTABLY fit into. If welding wasn't an option is there another trade you anons would suggest? Bear in mind I live in the south of America. Arkansas to be specific

Dusting is important once a week. Toliet and shower cleaned with bleach every sunday, and wipe the kitchen counters with disinfectant once a week too. She's probably annoyed at paying all the bills, then does this stuff while she watches you play counter strike and thinks about how her life is now worse than when she was single because you make messes and cost money to feed but don't give anything in return.

If you've put on weight, that's a problem regardless of whether she says it or not. Solution is some medium cardio workouts. Jog for a bit 2-3 times a week, don't eat as much junk food, etc.

Start today, you don't need to train like an Olympian just minor stuff and go from there but do it every day while getting all you other shit in line. To better yourself to make her more happy you'll probably never be ripped but being average weight is a massive plus to her, employers and yourself.

Goals for your marriage are really just expectations, and even deeper goals for your life together. What you both want in 5 years. Things you could personally work on, things she could.
A lot of problems with relationships come from poor communication and dead bedrooms. Just do what you can pal and hopefully she still wants to work it out. Good luck.

Your end goal should not be "to save your marriage" - if that's your ultimate goal, you've already completely and utterly failed.
Your goal SHOULD be to make yourself into a person that she WANTS to be with. You end up in a better place and your marriage is on the mend to boot, which makes it more resilient against future problems.

Also be prepared for her to already have mentally checked-out of the relationship. Show her you care, but don't automatically assume that she wants the same thing you do. Might not have gotten to that point yet, but you need to prepare for that as well.

I don't know if anyone has told you this but you've got a way of putting things into words that make sense... I'll follow that pattern and see if it helps. Thankfully, tomorrow is Sunday so of it helps I'll see some results within a day or 2

I've previously addressed this, albeit not in great detail. I cook most of the time, and I had cleaned occasionally (when she left me a list of things to do). I have since realized that that behaviour is wrong but did not know how to fix it. Thanks to an user earlier I have a good schedule to follow that should help out immensely on the household chore front

Start your own welding business welding shit for people in town. Need to learn more? Read books and watch videos. Anything past generally trying to do a little better in your life is trying to hard. If she doesn't want you you will be better off finding a new girl. Easier said than done I know. You feel how you feel.

You can work out around the house without equipment as well as jogging. Going outside regularly is healthy, unless your neighborhood is unsafe or disgusting to be in. But you should still go for a 20-60 minute jog/run at least once a week. Walking doesn't count, it doesn't do enough. But walking is better than nothing, so if you need to build up to the other stuff that's cool too. Don't push yourself too hard too fast or you'll burn out (that's been my own problem).

What the other user said about doing stuff for her is useful too, and some household chores can double as a minor workout too. Not a substitute for an actual workout, mind you.

As for actually finding out if she also wants to fix the relationship or just move on, think back to what you were like closer to the start of the relationship. What did you two do together? What changed? Things like that. Might help you figure out what changed with you that's making her lose interest.

All women have a hard wired reaction to seeing a lazy man on the couch during the daylight hours. Do that long enough and they get burned out and distant. Even if you were looking online.

Go to your local temp service. Get a terrible factory job getting paid like 16-18 bucks an hour (depends on where you live maybe more). Try for night shift if possible.
