This may seem like a stupid post, but I have been crying and have been unable to sleep for almost a year now becuase of this,,,
I met a guy on steam one day and we got along, I no longer have him added on steam but I do know his battnet account.
He sends me videos of animal abuse of his doing consistantly on discord (making new accounts ect) and they are all new videos saying he does it for me.
I know for a fact its him and I cant stop it or go on knowing whats happening to these animals. (they are videos of his making, he is blaming me saying if i dont come see him he will keep doing it)
What can I do to get him to stop? I reported this to battnet support and nothing has stopped. PLEASE help me

So... contact the SPCA and show them the evidence and they might have suggestions about getting cops involved about solicitation or something. He wants to meet? Make sure you have evidence and backup, and go meet the guy hand have him arrested. At least them you'll know his real name and info.

You are going to unfreind this person and ignore every single advance he makes. Make it so that no matter what he cannot get a message through to you, make sure you set it up so that he knows full well he's been blocked and CANNOT contact you. Why? Because then he can't send a threat message at all. Any animal he ends up hurting would be completely his doing without you even knowing about it. Eliminate the leverage he has on you. Also report this to police as this is a blackmail crime and because animals are involved they'll take it seriously.
