Aren't they even in a state where someone's allowed to wear a concealed gun? I mean, it's highly unlikely, and this dude was a thug; but I'm not so sure he deserved to die over running from the cops.
And I don't think that the cops involved are too thrilled they killed a teenager who ran from them.
