Coding bootcamps are worthless, you'd be better off taking a free course online and building something you care about. That way you feel invested without spending (someone else's) money, and you get the hand on experience you need to actually learn the skill. The information necessary to start programming is essentially just what directions to follow. If you study/work on it for an hour a day you'll be qualified in no time, certainly no less qualified than you'd be if you went to a bootcamp.

Do a little research on the $1 a day program for Wal*Mart employees. I'm not sure what all degrees you can go for, but it was expanded this year, so Computer Science may just be one of the covered degrees.

In the meantime, just learn some on your own and get a head start while you build up some cash. You can get Visual Studio 2019 for free already. IDEs for Java (like Eclipse) are free as well. If you have an Android phone, you can get Android Studio free as well (last I checked, back when it was new). There are tons of ways to learn computer programming for free.

I've got 10 years experience as a freelance full stack developer. I'm totally self taught, and familiar with C/C++, Java, Python, PHP, SQL, Javascript and its libraries/frameworks like jquery and reaction, and HTML/CSS along with interface tools like Bootstrap. Hell, I even spent 5 years making Adobe Flash games with AS2/AS3.

At the moment I'm going through a transition in my career. I'm going to look for more stable work so I'm building a portfolio to go along with my resume.

In my experience there are a few different sorts of development environments. There are the sorts of collaborative workflows where people coordinate on something like git, and then there are more independent projects. Even working collaboratively, each person of course has their own things they tend to be responsible for.

What it all boils down to is building what you set out to, usually following a spec that you created for whatever is required. There's often research involved, as well as planning, error checking, and of course troubleshooting.

I can say confidently it is not normal spyware. While the devices exhibit the signs of normal hacking the toxicity is whats concerning. Ive noticed issues pertaining to battery usage, performance, data usage, linked accounts, and popups on all of them. Ive used numerous different tools to try and remove it. Paid anti-viruses Lookout Premium, Bitdefender and Malware Bytes were unable to detect it. I have also done factory resets with it returning. While I cant confirm it I swear the T-Mobile network is compromised so badly odd things happened during the initial setup of a new phone on a new number. I specifically mention T-Mobile because that is where the IP address which started my investigation originated from. I have used multiple VPNs as well. From Pure to no name, none have helped consistently.

The list of devices I have gone through in three months is laughable. Almost like a cosmic force was trying to stop me. I have noticed the issues on a Galaxy S8, a Galaxy S10, an LG android, a Motrolla Revvl II, an iPhone 6S, and a twenty dollar Trac-phone. The Galaxy S8 was on AT&T, the other androids were on T-Mobile, the iPhone was part of the Trac network as well.
