So i was involved in a car accident today for the first time. I was stopped yielding to a school bus that had flashing red lights and a stop sign on the bus out. 3-5 seconds later this mexican with his wife rear end me and implode my whole trunk up my ass. I have full coverage insurance and am still paying this car off. tow truck driver says car is totaled.

Who is at fault here?
What happens if mr mexico has no insurance?
How fucked am I?

depends on the state for all of those questions

You are paying for it. The beaner is in the wrong, but has no insurance and will disappear.

I'm in California

You were stopping for a school bus. It's the fault of the retard that hit you.

Hes at fault you had to yield for the school bus, if he doesnt have insurance that's not your problem its your insurance companies problem. Your insurance will give you an offer for what they believe your car was worth if it doesnt pay off what you owe don't accept it, you can negotiate these things.

was it just one or two lanes on your side?

only one

Yeah that's gonna be tricky hopefully i can break even

>only one
ok, do you have Uninsured Motorist Coverage (UMC) /Underinsured Motorist Coverage (UIM) on your policy?

>Who is at fault here?
Mr. Mexico is.
>What happens if mr mexico has no insurance?
Your full coverage will pay, the depreciated value of the car. You can ruin their credit with a civil suit payout, and that is always a laugh.
>How fucked am I?
Somewhat fucked if they have no liability insurance.

I mean the beaner's, if they are legal. If not, Trump should let you toss them over the ICE fence.

my policy info says "Uninsured/underinsured motorist: 15,000 each person/30,000 each accident." not sure what that means though

how much was blue book value on your car?

oh fuck wait at the bottom it says "uninsured motorist property damage: no coverage" holy shit is that bad

just looked it up on kelly blue book
it says it's about $7,221

also, did you get a police report?

yes of course went through California Highway patrol. Those fuckers had the audacity to act stunned and actually went to the hospital for an evaluation. their car was barely dented at the front my trunk was popped open and my bumper was pinned against my wheels.

damn, well didn't it say who was at fault? it sounds like you may be fucked, but you should really call your insurance agency to see. hopefully you have some collision coverage

no they gave a very vague statement and said the report would be filed and processed next week or 10 business days. insurance said the same thing expect a call monday.

dang mang, hope you the best in this trying time
