Speak slower and put more effort into articulation. You'll still sound autistic/retarded, but people'll at least understand what you're saying. My voice sounds retarded as well, it might have something to do with hearing your own voice differently then how other people hear it, or when it's recorded. Anyway I ended up with a good job, a house, and a wife, so it's clearly not the worst handicap in the world.

Your voice is a little strange but honestly it's nothing you can't improve with a little training and practice. Certainly not worth killing yourself over. Just don't worry about it so much. For what it's worth I can understand the words you're saying just fine even with the accent.
