I will give a hint on something amazing, years ago a cam was released so people could view them when not at home etc, so they routed through a PC.

To this day the same exploit to watch theme exists. You can do so via VLC etc. I wont mention the brand of the cam that was exploited heavily as then you can find a list, but do a bit of research and see some amazing cam shit.

Eh, too much effort to learn just for a curiosity of exploitable streams and systems on a technical level, so def not in the know. But it's rather curious as to how it can be done via VLC, wasn't aware it was capable.

you need the url with the cgi and open up a network stream from the file menu.

URL? CGI? Yeah, mostly Greek to me. (Though VLC officia-nado I am) Not sure whether it would even let you connect anyway, you'd likely need the IP and pass regardless, right?
