This reminds me of what America needs. Hear of "rage rooms?" Where people go into a room and smash shit like old electronics, glass shit, etc. Well that's not good enough.
There is a pet over-population problem. And shelters kill tons and tons of unwanted pets but those deaths serve no purpose.
So rage rooms where you wreck unwanted pets instead. You'll get stress relief. People who feel like they wanna go kill can relieve this in a safe way instead of going on a shooting spree. The animals are gonna die either way, so let people have some fun!
