If it was oil it should be clear, bright yellow and if you flip it around the bubble will not move at all if its good shit. It takes hours for the bubble to move from bottom to top in some really good carts I have had.

Alright crash course. Oil and distillate are both concentrates but different types of concentrates. I have heard oil and wax used as slang for bho concentrate. Distillate is an entirely different beast. Distillate is short for distilled thc. Distillate that is made properly is much more potent than bho. With that said you have to extract thc before you can concentrate it. I suspect that your vape juice is made with a nonconcentrated extract and mixed with flavor and some pg/vg. The vendor is completely talking out his ass about the potency of the oil he claims to be using. The only concentrate that is 90% thc would be clear high end distillate or possibly low end isolate.

It might vape out of a ccell meaning that it might vaporize. Judging by what the vendor claims a generic e-cig similar for a ccell but designed for use with eliquid with 5-6 big lung fulls you start to feel the effect. One potential problem I see is that the ccell I think is designed for used with a more viscus solution meaning it might leak.
TLDR it might vaporize in your ccell but even if it does its going to be sub par experience. You need a box mod with a proper tank.
If you sell it don't sell it to someone you want to be a repeat customer. It's kind of pricy I'm not sure if you would be able to flip it at the price you paid. If you do sell it be upfront about what it is.

depends on the size of the ccell you have you could fill 10 1ml ccells or 20 0.5 ml ccells with 10ml of fluid. Also its not going to be a gram. A gram cart got its name because 1ml of distillate = ~1gram
