What the hell is up with my shit? It’s been weird for the past 6 months. It either looks like this or it’s floaty loose and has blobs of either fat or mucus that aren’t attached. Am worried but no healthcare insurance

Bump. Somebody here must have an idea

Nice clean toilet. Not even a water stain.

Steatorrhea from fat malabsortion. Could be from any number of reasons. Overly fatty diet, lactose intolerance, Celiac disease, pancreatitis. Any other symptoms?

I usually just pee blood of out my ass

You need more fibre, most likely.

It’s been going on since late last year. Isn’t it abnormal to only have symptoms show up so late? I’m 26 and never had that issue before. Maybe I have a malabsorption issue and should get to the doctor. I don’t want to hurt my health by ignoring it because it’s kinda scary. Sometimes I can see lettuce that straightup didn’t digest or like I said blobs of Orange-yellow whatever that’s kinda shiny

I think I already get a lot. Weird...

Nah not abnormal for it to just now show up, if it was lactose intolerance or celiac disease you probably wouldve been having the problem for longer than that though. Probably should go to a doctor, although if you have no other symptoms I doubt its anything serious

What other symptoms should I look out for tho? I’m always a hypochondriac assuming I have cancer or something

had similar off and on this last year. also had bowel pain, bloody stools, dizziness, pretty much all the symptoms of something relatively new.... Clostridium difficile, something that is starting to emerge in western society due to too much sugar intake......

i almost passed out at work last august and ended up going to the hospital (after 3 months of bloody stools and pain that would buckle me, so i stubbornly went in) and was in there for like 6 hours... they found NOTHING! lab results came back, nothing. xrays showed nothing.

idk if they are prepared to test for Clostridium difficile since its seemingly a newer thing.

just tossing out a possibility. hope you get better. ive been feeling quite a bit better the last 3 months but still get some achy poos and ive basically ruled out my alcohol consumption and other dietary things except sugar.... since my bloodwork was actually perfect the night i was almost passing out.

I wonder if it’s from me drinking too much. I never get blood in stools but it often is very loose looking and floaty

i am 29 and have been drinking pretty hard since last january (bad breakup and all that sad crap) but the docs even said my liver was actually perfect and my bloodwork is perfect, i asked if it was my rather excessive alcohol consumption and they said no it was not.

i started working at walmart as an overnight maintenance (janitor) last may so i feel i could have gotten a strain of it there in those fucking disgusting bathrooms. started having bowel pain in august i believe, kinda forget the exact timeline, but it was rather persistent and just getting worse.

i havnt changed anything but it has been fading. i actually drink more now than i was then and feel better.

i have slowed down on sugar quite a bit though since i stopped working there, havnt been guzzling energy drinks and sodas all night as much. just beer and milk for me now mostly.

Any kind of upper abdominal pain that radiates to the lower/middle back, loss of appetite, nausea, sweating is probably what you should look out for, could be signs of pancreatitis, it wouldnt kill you or anything but you would need to see a doctor, having loose or floaty stools is not really abnormal, usually floating is just from air trapped in stool, carbonated beverages will make it happen a lot. The oil-like consistency of stool is more uncommon and is 99% of the time from fat malabsorption for some reason or another

well tbh ive been drinking pretty hard since i was 21... but i still wont rule out drinking either. could be anything. symptoms for me match the Clostridium difficile stuff i read about the other day though.

I don’t really get abdominal pain. Hmm it’s so weird to pinpoint what it is and if I google this one symptom it says it could be anything. So frustrating! I wonder if it is pancreatic disease. It seems the most likely

Whats your diet like?

Not the greatest. Bacon egg and cheese for breakfast usually but I had a bagel with veggie cream cheese today. I try and have salad and mostly chicken for meat. I had chick fil a spicy chicken yesterday. I eat a lot of veggies and like avocado, cheese, yogurt sometimes and peanut butter. I try and avoid soda and ice cream/candy nowadays but used to eat a lot of that. I eat fruit when I’m around it but I guess I should be eating more.

Not judging or anything, idc, taking in large amounts of fat can leave some undigested, could be why, although it doesn't seem like you're eating abnormal amounts of fat

Health coverage is a human right, not privilege

parasites

the Yea Forumsdoc is HERE

I was convinced I had parasites for a short time, then I realized it was my schizo

Mine looks the same, I had diverticulitis and ever since I can’t shit proper. Always fucking constipated. Every now and then I drop out a nice snake but it’s rare these days.

Ok now it looks like this. I’m OP btw

Holy fuck, that's a messy wipe. Get your shit together, literally!

got this too bro for years. go to a GI. fiber has helped me. nothing on colonoscopy, nothing in stool samples, got an abdominal ultrasound tomorrow well see. fiber and cutting dairy has helped alot
