In terms of stylizing it I don't disagree, but it looks pretty much exactly like the reference. Maybe once I get my anatomy down I'll try making it a bit more interesting using what you said, ty!

Less is more. No need for the rib lines, and the creases around the neck aren't necessary. I'd also suggest darkening the eyes, and also bringing her right arm in (her shoulders are slightly too broad right now).

I edited it with paint. I'm not much of an artist, nor am I good with a mouse, but it illustrates some areas where you might be able to improve.

Also, practice drawing hands. It's a pain in the ass, and it will always be off a bit, but it's better to fail than to never try.

I'd recommend looking into nudist pictures. Seeing people without clothes doing every day things helped me with anatomy back when I drew stuff like that. And there's plenty of kids in those colonies. Not technically illegal to look at, so it's pretty much the best thing, shy of having an actual kid model for you.
