Obviously if it is true they're not dancing out in the woods naked around a fire chanting bs about mother earth but a select few are self aware enough to know they're putting into motion a sequence of events that not only creates chaos but immortalizes them. By now they must know it's an infectious virus that spreads with every incident. Wouldn't that indicate their willingness to spread it?

Christians call almost anything evil. They are deluded and simple minded people who categorize things into "easier" categories. They wan't to make it black and white because that is so much easier to comprehend while the reality is much more complicated and human nature does not know such consept. In nature you either live or die by your choices, it's not good nor evil, just a choice which bears the fruit you've chosen.
ultimately this is about the personal beliefs shooters share and the darkness that surrounds their actions. Like it or not it's the reality of the situation. You can either feed into it or ignore it. The outcome is the same.
