but this shit has real consequences for us these past few years. i've been here a long time and it's never been a welcoming place for women obviously. and so i usually keep my head down and try to blend in as a guy. but now people are taking it so seriously that they're actually going out and killing, and i can never tell who's serious anymore and who's just trolling when they call women subhuman and femoids.

and it sucks to live in a world like that man. to have to wonder if someone like that is in my neighborhood too. i don't hate men or want to manipulate them, any more than you "manipulate" someone in the normal give and take of a conversation. i don't even hate incels. i just wish you would try to understand that we're not all this evil archetype of the scheming succubus. and that we don't all deserve this incessant vitriol. because it really is almost every hour here now i see one of these posts.
