I have no hooker experience, but I'd suggest being upfront, shameless, and matter of fact with her. Maybe it'd help to think of two things:
1) They're hookers. They deal with all kinds of messed up shit pretty regularly. Some might just be glad you're not being abusive. Others may be rude so...
2) They're your employee in a sense. When you're negotiating for a scene, she's interviewing for a job, so if she's rude or otherwise not up to your standards, then don't hire her. If she isn't working out at a later stage, fire her and find a more qualified applicant.
