I’m sure if you look disgusting and unkept she won’t mind cause it definitely doesn’t show a lack of effort or self care
First I'll say I'm a hair stylist so that's what sticks out the most for me.
Your face isn't anything to worry about. If it's girls you're after it's going to come down much more to your personality, and mannerisms.
To criticize your face the first thing I would say is to STOP going to a barber shop and/or places that are all about quick cuts. Let your hair grow out a bit more and then go to a SALON. If you're somewhere outside the USA I don't know if they've even got barber shops but in the US most men go to a barber and that's not always a good idea. A salon stylist will give you a much better look than a barber who is just giving you a stock man cut. Ask the stylist for their opinion and let them do what they think is best. Ask them how to maintain the look they gave you. The reason I say this is because your haircut looks doofy. You've got think eyebrows but unless it's going into unibrow range you're alright, getting them trimmed would be more hassle than it's worth. Facial hair has got to go, shave it off everyday if you have to. If you a teen, don't stress about it, you just aren't ready for a beard yet, think of it as a blessing and just keep your have clear of tiny hairs. You don't seem to have an issue with acne, that's a HUGE plus.
Others have likely mentioned working out, which is good and all but don't put too much into that. Getting in better shape really won't help you as much as many like to think. You are clearly not fat so you're all good. Girls who specifically like you because you're well built can be rather annoying and it takes real effort to keep that sort of thing up. If you're into that sort of thing it's fine, but if you aren't, don't force it....just don't get fat, fat is way bad.
Style wise we can't really tell. Try to stay away from graphic tees. The shirt in your picture, the neck line is a bit loose, something more form fitting would probably better. Plain black t-shirts are always good.No logo, no picture, just black
