IANAL, but if you want to give a mail-order bride a prenuptial agreement you have to have it translated and explained to her by an attorney who speaks her language for it to hold up in court. Even then, the thing better not make it look like it's a citizenship deal for her if she wants a divorce -- that can get you in trouble independent of how you met her.

A guy at work has an illiterate wife from the Philippines.
