First you need to do an analisys and trace a route to kill the biggest amount possible, then practice the general walking of the masses in your school to know where to aim cuz you gonna be fast when you begin the show.
Look for cameras to know the best starting point cuz if they (and probably will) tell the police to stop you.
If it is possible you can have an accomplice to false warning a lot of people to the "exit" where you are gonna be waiting for them.

With a 12 gauge, you should only shoot at 12th graders. For 10th graders, you should switch over to a 10 gauge.
