So I've been exploring some stuff about dreams. I'll think of something before I go to bed. I will dream of someone I used to know. Last night I dreamed of a girl I had a crush on in high school. Her name is Stacy. We lived in some rural town in NY State. In my dream she moved with her child to a farm in Indiana. I got in touch with her on Facebook and she confirmed her living on a farm in Indiana with her daughter to escape her abusive ex husband...

What the fuck did I stumble onto? Every dream I have been having the last week has been like this and everyone gets confirmed... It's kind of creeping me out...

Another time it was of an ex which really freaked me out because she called me the next day. She just randomly hit my number by accident but confirmed that her Jeep died. I told her it was the alternator. She texted me later that evening to confirm the alternator...

It's always spot on...

I like it at the same time it's creepy as fuck...

Can you see far enough into the future to tell me when op will stop larping

I just want to know if this happens to other people. I'm not special. I'm a fucking janitor that cleans toilets. I come in here to fap to porn or laugh at stupid shit. I have no life aspersions. I'm sincerely the most boring cuck you'd ever meet. I'm as vanilla as they come.

Any reason for having a zoomed in circular cropped photo of someones carpet as pic?

Random picture of my blanket I took with a camera lens I found at work one night. I used my phone. Unrelated to this but I have no other pictures that aren't totally vanilla.

Its just your brain making shit up, like deja-vu I think. When coincidences like that happen to me I just assume my brain is making shit up. Post this on /x/ maybe?

Why though. I cant wrap my head around why anyone would take that photo, let alone decide is was worthy of sharing with the world.

> "... I'm a fucking janitor that cleans toilets ..." ;
I suppose that's one appropriate euphemism you could use for the work some Yea Forums volunteers routinely do.

I dreamt I fucked someones mom and they poSted on Yea Forums about dreams. I got laid a week ago to an older woman. SHE WAS YUR MOM

I will later if it happens again. I just got home from work. I've been keeping a journal about it. I'm sincerely nobody special. Just a normal bro with a normal life. My brother is gay, my sister is a single mom. Both parents lived happy lives. Seriously I'm the most boring person you'd ever meet but I just keep having these dreams that are extremely vivid. Nothing special happens in them except for the fact they are exactly what's happening. Like I had no idea Stacy even had a kid. I'm sure like any hot woman it was meant to happen but I knew she was a girl with short brown hair that really liked peas. It's just how vivid they are, how dull and normal they are, but they are true to life. It's the last bit that has me shook.

Wow. Incredible story. You are noone special. Super boring. But saying those things about yourself as you attempt to convince others that you have super powers.
Much wow. All my cool.

Seriously I'm just a janitor for a store called Tops. They sell groceries. There's nothing special about me. I have no reason at all to lie about this. I just want to know what's happening.

I wouldn't call it powers. Just wondering if anybody else has had this happen

Yea Forums isn't the right place for this shit, /x/ should help you out more

it's been a while since I had one like that but yeah, it's happened to me... I dreamed that my brother came running into my room one morning and woke me up saying my cat had been run over and was dying
three days later, that exact thing happened, exactly the way it had in the dream

i've seen the future the same way. if you're not full of shit, now think about it. it isn't funny or silly. it's not ouija board bullshit. (which no one knows how to use anyway, because people always just randomly move the fucking thing around and that makes no sense considering how the letters are in comfortable arcs so you're supposed to just go across the arcs until you FEEL something)

now that you know you have no free will and that the future is predestined for all of us, what does that mean to you? do you realize the peace? do you realize that you can not sin? do you realize... the answer?

i'm not fucking around. i started a website for my religion but changed it to my name because i had a godaddy URL and realized i had to secure my unique name.com.

>I just want to know what's happening
You have multiple dreams per REM sleep period (every day), you forget most of them:
but sometimes , if something happens that fairly closely matches the events in one of those recent dreams it jogs your memory of the dream and you suddenly think it is an amazing coincidence,

Everybody has a few of those "amazing coincidences" in their dreams, maybe about once per year, or once every 10 thousand dreams which is equivalent to a probability p= 1/10,000 = 0.0001 that one of those dreams occurs on one particular day
the probability of two of those dreams occurring on two consecutive days would be 0.00012 (10^-8) which is one in a hundred million,
and at that rate, about 80 people can be expected to have had those sorts of dreams on two consecutive days, for every pair of consecutive days that occur.

The probability of these "coincidences" happening lets say twice in one week drop very dramatically because all the extra days are extra chances of the coincidence occurring.
It's like you saying you will roll double 6 on a pair of dice - it seems like a pretty amazing coincidence if you are right ( its only actually 1 chance in 36 ), but if you kept rolling the dice all week, you wouldn't be surprised if you had got the "rare" double six many times.

People tend to think that these sorts of coincidences are amazing, but they are not, because you tend to forget about all the other times and events when there was no coincidence that might trigger the memory and cause you to recognise a coincidence pattern.

First, lol. Second, I also am near Rochester. Shit place, eh?

>Stacy

You are a superhero

>M'lady
*tips*

nah, I'm not religious... I sometimes feel like there might be some force out there somewhere that manipulates things at times, but I don't believe in anything in particular and 'seeing the future' (pretty sure it was just my subconscious getting lucky with simulating possible future events since I do that shit consciously all the time) once doesn't change that or make me feel anything other than sad
as for not having free will, well, if you think about it hard enough you're bound to come to that conclusion eventually

Nah they're niggerfaggots and ratfaced kikes

i have a special one about dreams though. in the last few years i've experienced what i call "dream seeds". it happens after waking up but not being fully awake. i get a wacky flurry of scenes popping up but they're SO fast i couldn't possibly even verbalize them and it's like "guy with moustache", "tree and grass", "yellow car", etc and each only lasts like 1/3 of a second. these might be cues that affect dream elements when we're slowed down and a 10 minute dream sequence happens in the 2-3 seconds before we wake up.

that, and i'm also cool enough to have dreams where i wake up, go take a piss, drink some water, and go back to sleep, or at least wake up and roll over and go back to sleep, and RETURN to the SAME story that continues for at least 5+ sessions of dreaming.

>no free will
Wrong

I had a dream that op wasn't a collosal faggot and then I woke up and op is still they.

Hey OP,
It has happened to me a few times.
I don't know whats causing it. Its always specific as well. But often it's clues and stuff.
Like the day I got diagnosed with cancer, the night before that, I had a nightmare of a nuclear warhead landing in the distance.
I saw that it was huge and that I was still close to it.
And I remember thinking; I'm pretty sure I've got cancer now.

Similar with when a guy wanted to fight me over a dumb whore I dated. I dreamt of a snake trying to bite me. Even though I walked away, the snake kept trying to start shit

Does happen to me sometimes. It's weird, I don't like it cause it's mostly unimportant stuff that changes nothing, like I'll have the same short dream sequence that I'm watching something on my PC for weeks straight and one day I find myself in this exact same situation watching the same exact thing, sitting the same exact way. Unlike the brainlets I believe in the paranormal. Don't know if one could exploit this, especially when we humans are at the bottom of the interdimensional food chain.
