FLUKE
Fluke / Agilent if you have the cash.
Tenma if you dont.
Bought a cheap one from aliexpress and it works quite well, has tons of functionality. If you don't need it professionally, no point wasting more money
Fluke.
Not an electrical engineer, but I personally have the Fluke 177 in my tool shed and it hasn’t failed me yet. A tad pricey but it feels quality and isn’t gonna break anytime soon.
the one that has the functions you need, the precision you want and the price you're willing to pay.
Mooshimeter . I know, you've never heard of it. Best toolbox purchase in a long time. Sure, it doesn't do those 57 other things that you never, ever use, but the handful of things it does do, it does way, way better than any other meter out there.
TPI or Fluke. TPI makes the stuff for snap-on/blue point.

Isn’t that the one that you hook up to your phone?
How’s the response time and accuracy? I’ve been looking at it for a while, but don’t wanna add more app shit to my phone.
Depends on the intended purpose
Check EEV BLOG for Better recommendations instead of asking us retards.
FLUKE
God tier multimeter.
amazingly, cheap meters often lack safety, not precision.
so as long as you only measure on things you can touch you're good.
Yes, you get the readout on your phone. Comes will extensive logging capabilities, which I use to measure loads in my car while I'm on the road. Simultaneous voltage/current measurement. Twenty-four bit resolution.
Mostly, it allows you be be far, far away in case the high voltage shit goes bad.
No. It's good for 750 V AC or 1000 V DC.
>use two fingers
You have to lick them first.
