He is from Pink Floyd The Wall movie (1982) it's kind a like a musical where the story only progresses with Pink Floyd's music The Wall album which came out in 1979. It's about a rock and roll star who builds a metaphorical wall around himself and isolates himself.
Good movie and good music. Give it a try if you're interested but the movie/album (watch and listen to both) can be a bit confusing to to it not having dialogue. here's a video of probably the most spectatuclar scenes in the movie. He hallucinates that his Nick Griffith or something after having a drug OD (Comfortably Numb)

I didn't know that. I never really listened to Pink Floyd much. My history teacher would be angry if he found out, he loved the band and always told us that in class.

Even though I'm having difficulties getting used to the tablet and I barely know how to use the software I got, I'm very happy with my results today. Practice makes perfect, right? I'll try my hardest from now on everyday to get better at drawing.
