Most of the people I trained couldn't hit shit either, but I can and I'm not really that good. The guys I train with now smoke me. Some people are gifted, some people have to train their asses off. Who knows if he had training or not. Counting bullets and squaring that with the "response time" quoted by police is rarely a good direction to go though.

Count it out. Even one round per second is a pretty slow rate of fire, and from social media videos he was firing very quickly. Into a packed room or crowd, it would be extremely easy to injure even more people than that.
