Two separate occasions, both treacherous. My friends are away on a church retreat that I couldn’t make due to work. One of them sends me a video of some kid from the host church disrespect my sister openly and making some disgusting comments all while my friends just laughed and one of them even egged them on.

This may not sound like a big deal but they knew how much I care about my family. I would’ve done the exact opposite, it’s what friends would do.

Well it’s more specifically my parents, it’s a long ass story that I’m sure no one would read. So I’ll give you all a quick run down.

Childhood abuse, neglect, isolation, torture, etc.

Talked to them about my suicidal thoughts last November. My mother yells at me for an hour and blames me. Father downplays it all and refuses to acknowledge his part or my mother’s in this. Spits verses at me and forgets about it. Both never bring it up again.

There’s a more to this but the important parts are out there.
