So my heart keeps like skipping a beat...

So my heart keeps like skipping a beat... Don't really know how to describe it but it feels like it does a half pump then starts going normal again. It started today or yesterday and happened about once an hour.

I was just fapping and it happened like every 5 mins. Panicked.. Don't want to die naked with murder porn on. Live alone here.

27y/o 6' 210lbs. Stocky construction worker here. Strong and can run distance, just a bit chubby.

Am I gonna die?? Has this happened to any of you??

I spend 9 hours a day outside in the florida sun, picking up and putting down heavy things... I'm pretty health... Until my heart decided to beat when ever the fuck it felt like it

you have a Atrial Fibrillation. Also known as AFib. Go to your doctor and have it checked out. He will probably refer you to a cardiologist. AFib is very treatable, however if untreated it increases your chance of stroke. Things that also can contribute to AFib are caffeine and alcohol. If you consume those, then I would cut back on them. But like I said, see your doctor and tell him you think you have AFib. Be well.

>Stress
Try keeping a diary of when you have the skips.
Also keep a diary of when you work hard or have long hours or when like your family member died or even a pet died.
Stress can do funny things with your body and mind.

you have a super connection stick in your throat which also send out electric impulses to your body. People will abuse it in order to succumb to homosexualism/heterosexualism. Also dont tell any doctor they will shut you in and give you the worst medications ever.

Go to a big cocain dealer and let him remove it from your body. You will become more and more demoralised in life with this thing. Don't believe x-rays. Buy yourself a x-ray camera (costs arround 1000-2000$) and check it for yourself.

>people will start to whisper near you very soon.

are you an anxious fella OP?

Fluttering could be dangerous, and should be addressed at the doctor through ECG tests and ultrasound. Palpitations like your heart "skipping a beat", or when your heart gets a weak pump and then has to compensate for it by giving you an extra, slightly stronger one, is usually not dangerous.

This. Except the part about it being easily treatable. Beta blocker can decrease it a bit but for the most part, if you don't want a surgical implant called Watchman, they just put you on Warfarin or a more expensive blood thinner to reduce your risk of stroke. Warfarin requires very frequent blood tests while the expensive shit does not. First step is wearing a Holter Monitor for 24 hrs that records everything your heart is doing. Afib can sometimes be caused by a heart valve problem so don't fuck around with this, see a doctor.

I experienced this off and on for a few years before going in to get it checked out. I was diagnosed with Premature Ventricular Contractions, or PVCs. They come about when there is a change in your blood pressure, so if you're doing something strenuous and then stop. When you go from standing to sitting. When you're walking and you stop. When you're lifting something heavy and then you drop it.
If that sounds like your issue, I'd guess it's the same. There is nothing you can do about them and they're not dangerous.

I get something similar every now and then. Occasionally, for about an hour or two, I'll notice my heart pause for a second or two (during which i feel a bit dizzy as, presumably, by blood pressure plummets).

I've been to the doctor and was referred to a hospital that took an ecg, but thanks to my luck it didnt happen while i was there.

I'm pretty active and not overweight and it does not seem to be linked with exercise, eating habits or my caffiene intake (i cut all caffiene for about five months with no result).

I'v had this for about 3-4 years now and while I don't really take much notice of it anynore, i have taken note that it seems to be happening less often.

Does it happen often? Accelerated heart rate?

Probably premature contractions. Go get an ekg done

Ive had this my whole life. I'm 27. cut back on soda and sodium. Its an arrhythmic issue. Start working out and eat better.

OP. Last night I had the same thing except it lasted a good 5 minutes straight. My heart pumps, then almost halfway through the first it pumps a second time except it feels a lot more apparent as if the pump was ‘harder’ then it repeats like that. Hope I don’t die lol

I don't know if what he is describing is definitely Afib, so I wouldn't be so quick to label it that without ECG or holter. It could be SVT or some other arrhythmia. Either way, a cardiologist of GP should be consulted. Maybe an ultrasound depending on what they see/hear.
.

it's not afib, just normal heart palpitations.

Are you going to die? Of course, everyone dies eventually.

For now though, you just need to shock your heart back into the right rhythm.
