Well, healthcare is a human right, and all civilized nations have universal health care, so just take a sick day from work and go to a doctor and have it looked at. I really don't understand threads like this.

Looks like an ingrown toenail. I had it on my big toe and went to see a doctor. The next day i was at a foot specialist. He cut my my nail all the way down so it didn't grow in to my skin anymore. He gave me anastasia so it didn't hurt at all. It took a week to heal and i had to stay in bed and have my foot up. After that i was good.
