well first of all, i'm going to have to disagree with that. Lingerie isn't sexy because it's revealing, in that rational just being naked would be even better, since it's even more revealing (inb4 'it is'; it's not. women in lingerie are way hotter than just plain nude ones).
ANYWAY, women in diapers are a turn on for me mostly because of the taboo too. These full grown women shouldn't be wearing diapers, let alone pissing shitting in them. the idea of them doing something that out of place/character turns me the fuck on. Doesn't really explain why it's diapers specifically, but that's the majority of the boner.
