The Empire has no shortage of internal and external conflict, so warbands wander from place to place, looking for work. People have come to see them as an omen of coming hardship just as much as Crows and Ravens, hence the name.

No it's not, because NVMP was a horrible experience and had devs that don't care. TES3MP is amazing. Actual NPC sync, can see item other people drop, etc. Comparing it to NVMP is like comparing a horse and carriage to a fighter jet.l cept NVMP isn't even comfy.
