All I can say is keep at it. I used to go get the NY Times on a Saturday night, the Sunday edition go through it, mark things in the help wanted section, stuff resumes in envelopes, take them to the post office which is 24/7 and get them post marked before anyone else could.
It took a few months but eventually I got a hit.

I did that in Georgia too, I ran myself out of money so brother in Georgia gave me a few bucks and I used that to go around to in malls just asking at little stores if they needed anyone to work for them. Sure I got a job, all that time I was sending out resumes to other companies and that got a hit also, that took about three months. It was also during holiday season so companies in the malls needed more people at the time, I suspect that it's more difficult because it's summer.

OP, half of the problem with resumés is that you need to sell yourself. You say you worked as a custodian. That doesn't sound impressive. But if you say you that were a building maintenance specialist, that gets attention. It's all in how you phrase it.

Look into hotels, they always need people, I know that you're straight out of school, if you don't have some criminal record you could get a job at the Atlanta Hilton.

I hate people who say shit like that. I had an awful existence of being a hiring manager for a factory for a few months. Literally everyone who says "I've applied everywhere" isn't looking.

I wasn't the hiring manager but I did technical questions on people, I'd keep them real simple and still you get these mong indian types that can't answer or if they did it would be something stupid thinking that I wouldn't notice the bullshit.
Eventually my directors stopped asking me to do that because I was knocking everyone out with what I considered simple questions.

Cut your hair and start smoking some weed, perhaps that will show a weakness, you can embellish a bit on your resume, it's not like your signing your name on a security clearance form.

I was working for a company in NYC making shit money right out of school and my mom told me right out of the blue that she was moving back to Georgia and I had two choices, stay in NY or move with her. I chose the former. The next day I went to the president and EVP of that company and told them the situtation. They wanted me to stay with them and not only doubled my salary making staying in NYC very easy but at a slight cost, I had to wear a suit and tie which is really OK since I was used it but also I had cut my stupid looking long hair. That was no big deal, again it's just hair and it grows back, it's pretty cool to take a shower in a few minutes and not have to deal with long hair.

i mean yes it grows back. but most places dont even want to deal with hair nets. even with dealing with food. ( the guys have to have short and the girls. they put there's back in a ponytail) and they don't give 2 shits if your religion says other wise

It's always best to look at things from another's point of view. Most people, especially niggers are incapable of that.

Perhaps it was a bit of luck, but also since I was working as a little kid in 6th grade or so and from there, shit goes on and the amount of money goes way up fast.

Go to walmart and ask to buy a worker's extra blue uniform shirt.
Infiltrate the slaving hordes and start working without pay.
Get to know the management.
After two weeks, ask why your paycheck didn't hit yet.
If that doesn't work, murder the floor manager and use his body as a skin suit.

My best advise is don't get some kind of felony record. Any decent company will do a criminal background check and that's a ding, some will even send your info to Quantico for an FBI check, then there's DoD security clearances.
