That's not pruno. Pruno is fermented by bacteria, not by east.

I've made kilju. If the container and so on are sterile it should be relativly safe. I'd recommend putting on some kind of valve to let out the gas instead of leaving it open so bugs won't get in.

It will not taste good and can give you the shits, so I'd just stick to buying it from the store.

I made this in highschool. Got drunk off of it and fell asleep. Woke up at 2am and had massive diarrhea and gas.

Yup, brewed plenty of home made wine. Grape juice, sugar, bread yeast is easy grocery store recipe. I prefer seasonal fruit and champagne yeast for other flavors and higher alcohol content. Grape juice has the right acid level for yeast. Some fruit needs a boots to make the yeast happy. Lemon juice does it. Still have up get somewhat scientific by checking pH levels. Better to use a jug with a bubble trap to keep air out, unless you want to make vinegar.
