I've literally applied to every place except like 3 fast food chains in my town. I've tried to go around and mow lawns, but nobody is biting. Can someone give me any tips for getting a job since I'm apparently autistic?

Start a fire restoration service then arrange for a few convenient fires.

You have too much self respect to succeed in this society. Try working for free for 3-5 years to gain experience and then apply again.

the key to getting fast food work is to annoy the fuck out of the hiring manager, they think its dedication. Show up to each of them between 2 and 4 on week days, ask to talk to the hiring manager, ask him if he's looked at your application. Within a week one of them will hire you

This is so true. Hiring managers are lazy and will take the easy road.

Collect plastic bottles and aluminum cans from 4am - 4pm every day.

If you can’t get a job it means you are doing something wrong. Figure out what you are missing and change it. I have worked in HR for years. Most people who bitch about not being able to get a job are unhireable

Sell drugs, faggot.

Sell your ass at highway rest areas

Just try, these days its not easy unless you have a fuckton of experience and want to work for nothing. Try and be honest about what you dont know and maybe you will luck out and get a job that will train you.

And fuck fast food, if thats all you can apply to so be it, but those jobs barely even do you any good as resume padding. If you cant find anything you really need to go to another area.

Wat? “These days?” Are you retarded?

Buy a buff and some compound and buff cars at dealerships. Charge $50 for the 1st panel, $40 for the second, and $150-200 for the whole car. You're saving the dealer money by them not having to send the car to the paint shop. All you need is a scooter, buff, compound, some sandpaper and a couple of extension cords. Good luck user! Thdre's a guy in my town of 400,000 who turns over more than $150,000 a year doing just that. Took him a while to build it up, but he's living large now!

Literally every construction company where I live is hiring

What? Companies want cheap and disposable so they have been shipping in nigger asians and chinks to work longer and cheaper than regular people.

Manual labor is for wetbacks and people on welfare.

>contributes nothing
>you're doing something wrong and you're unhireable
>I work in HR
checks out

They work 40 hrs a week otherwise they have to pay overtime and no company likes paying overtime.

And they work for what the job is worth. Fast good is worth 9/hr. Not more.

After you get a journeymens card my company pays 32 bucks an hout

you're gonna wish for a job diggin a road

why are you still here HR fag?

Every fucking person who has ever complained to me about why they can’t get hired either

A)is applying to a job they are unqualified for

B) showed up late to an interview

C) showed up under dressed for the interview(don’t wear shorts and flip flops to an interview unless it’s at the beach)

D) said something that would disqualify them(got fired from last job for fighting Manager)

E) all of the above

Because I get paid to sit around and be on here.

1. Where do you live (I'm guessing lower population/smaller town)
2. How old are you?
3. Educational background?
4. Employment history?
5. When you say you've applied everywhere, do you mean everywhere? Retail, restaurants, professional offices, etc.?
6. What positions have you applied for? If you've applied at restaurants, have you been open to starting at the bottom (e.g., dishwasher)?

Are all HR guys total useless trash like you ?

No. We are people who can get jobs that pay well and afford us opportunities to keep deadbeats and self entitled fuck sticks out of the company.

Or they cant afford to live on the wage they are offering or want you to work on comission with no bottom on what you earn

Or they want you to work "off the books" and pay you under the table so they dont have to pay taxes on you

Or they want you to work for a term unpaied or go for training at your expense

Or they aren't offering you a real job but a chance to take part in an exciting pyramid scheme

Or the hundred other things anyone who has had to look for a job in the last few years had to deal with,

>Most people who bitch about not being able to get a job are unhireable
Totally agree.
Just face it that you're an unlikeable loser.
Then, start with fixing that.

I've been working since I was 15, including yard work, food service, delivery, white collar office work.
I've literally never been faced with any of that shit.
But you know, it easy to feel better about being a loser
when you convince yourself that all your problems are the fault of everyone else.

>commission is a scam.

>what you are offered is what your time
>is worth. If you think you are worth >more then do something to show it.

>off the books jobs are a scam

>any job that won’t pay for your training
>is a scam

>pyramid schemes are..well you know

>job market is booming. Companies are
>desperate for talent. If you can’t get a
>job in this market you need some
>serious self reflection

Your friendly neighborhood HR Manager

I have a JD and worked for several years as a corporate defense attorney. I know quite a bit about several industries, communicate effectively, learn quickly, have excellent skills in research, persuasion, etc., and am incredibly thorough. But it was extremely difficult to find a job outside my field. I wanted to move away from law, and feel I made a pretty good case as to how my knowledge and skills apply to the jobs for which I applied. Didn't matter. I think they thought I might jump ship and go back to law. Maybe something else. My point is that it can just be difficult to break into industries sometimes, even if you're very capable. But at entry level positions, I agree that it is almost impossible to find something somewhere.

you're full of shit faggot. there's a massive labor shortage in the states right now. you haven't literally applied to anywhere. there a Kroger in your area? they're currently begging people to come and get jobs. all over the country. stop fucking applying online, hit the bricks, go into every place of business you see, hiring or not, you shake the managers hand and look them in the eye. fill out the application in the parking lot and take it right back in. eye contact. you're a lazy faggot and you know you are. cut that shit out faggot. people aren't conspiring to keep you unemployed. for fuck sake dude.

1. Where do you live (I'm guessing lower population/smaller town) small town (12,000)
2. How old are you? 19 for a few months now
3. Educational background? High school and A+ and Net+ certification
4. Employment history? literally none
5. When you say you've applied everywhere, do you mean everywhere? Retail, restaurants, professional offices, etc.? Yes, every single dollar store twice now, pet stores, kmart, grocery stores, gas stations, subway, mcdonalds, no criminal record either, only arbys, burger king, 2 pizza places, and taco bell left
6. What positions have you applied for? If you've applied at restaurants, have you been open to starting at the bottom (e.g., dishwasher)? Yes, I always go for the lowest positions that I'm overqualified for because it gives me the highest chance

try the fast food chains

Everyone and their mother has a JD nowadays. Unless it’s from a top 15 school it’s worthless.

And a company should hire a JD to be a logistics manager over someone with a masters in supply chain management?

warehouse jobs, by dude.
they're made for spergs like us
read digit, put box. do that 2000 more times and go home.
got paid $22/hr at a walmart dc for like two years. then my health went to shit. i'd still fucking do it if i could.
