Honestly just try eating like twice a day for a couple months, if you have access to a beach just go do some jogging in the sun and you’ll lose it quick af

I recently lost ~20 pounds by switching up my diet. I've been focusing on having salad for lunch (or other foods that fill me up without having lots of calories) as well as cutting back on drinking by a lot. Your thing might not be drinking, but you should identify the empty calories you are consuming and reduce them. Cardio + lifting can also be nice but are not necessary.

Intermittent fasting/keto. Cardio. Stop shoving unhealthy food into your body, no fast food.

Calorie tracking really helps you get a sense for how impactful meals you are eating are and when you need to stop. I've lost a bit of weight over a few months, just cutting out things like full sugar soda and knowing when its time to pump the breaks on eating for the day.
