Whenever I lay down on my stomach or otherwise put pressure on my chest, I see black spots, get kinda light headed, generally feel like I don't have enough oxygen.
Aside from the obvious diagnosis of not only cancer but AIDS as well, what else is this?
Are you obese or do you have a history of breathing problems/asthma?
Joshua Turner
Are you a fat fuck and you're being crushed by the literal weight of your poor life choices?
Christian Edwards
You have a cartilage infection in your ribs, probably viral.
Isaac Rodriguez
> Obese?
Medically speaking yes, but even the few doctors I have seen visually estimate my weight at like 200 when I am 250, so not sure what's up with that. I work out three times a week lifting heavy, so I'm not exactly sedentary, but I do work a desk job.
Luis Gonzalez
it's much worse that either cancer or AIDS.
you have syphilis, but that syphilis has herpes, and that herpes has HIV all over it. it's pretty bad at this point, based on your life force scan there. see the red in the middle? it's pretty bad.
Cooper Lee
Uh oh, that sounds like Colombian Mecha-Ebola
Dominic Russell
>visually estimate my weight
2/10

What's your blood pressure like
Asher Flores
Oh fucked if I know. No history of heart disease so those numbers go in one ear and out the other. Probably high though, sometimes I can feel my heartbeat when trying to fall asleep. I know I should get that checked out, might need to find one of those freebies at a mall.
Lincoln Gomez
Do any of your family members have any medical condition that comes to mind? Even high blood pressure, which is genetic as well.
Luis Jackson
I play a doctor on the internet so I feel that I am qualified to diagnosis this. My diagnosis is... Acid reflux. When you lay down the valve to your stomach opens and acid spills out causing discomfort. Now please go see a real doctor who will tell you exactly what I just told you and give you medication.
James Edwards
For sure a blood pressure issue.. The pressure of laying on your chest is most likely causing pressure inside your chest to increase and press and squeeze on your great vessels most likely causing a decrease in the blood flow to your hear, lungs and elsewhere.
Christian Hill
Only thing I know of is a tendency toward alcoholism but I drink maybe once a month.
My diet could be better, but I am ramping up the protein to help with the lifting, so there is a lot more red meat in the last few months. Cutting back on junk food and soda, mostly drinking coffee and water.
Ayden Scott
How long has this been going on? And before this, have you had any other illnesses or medical conditions? Be sure to try and schedule with your doctor to get a *professional* diagnosis.
Angel Johnson
Medfag,
Without a full history and physical, your complaint can really be only explained by one thing, and it's basically what said.
I'm not going to ask you questions to narrow it down because go to your fucking doctor. In short, the difference in position compresses certain arteries or affects your heart in some way that you experience your symptoms likely due to a lack of blood flow to the brain. This isn't normal obviously, and you could have damage somewhere or a poor compensatory mechanism and this needs to be evaluated by your doctor and maybe even a cardiologist.
Aiden Russell
Noticed it a few years ago. It isn't constant, so the "whenever" in my OP really should be "sometimes". Can't really find a pattern. I just got back from the gym tonight and noticed it when leaning over the back of my computer chair, so I was at about a 45 degree angle.
No medical history really, not even a broken bone. Suspected asthma when I was younger but doctors dismissed it as "just not getting outside enough". Also was skinny as a pole then, so wasn't obesity related.
Carter James
It’s probably high blood pressure, go to your doctor, lose some weight. Sleep on your left side until then to help alleviate your problems
Joseph Martin
Alright, I think from what I gathered here you might have either two things. But I just want to let you know that I am not a professional whatsoever. You either have high blood pressure, likely from the cholesterol from the meat you eat which can increase hypertension. Or you have Aortic stenosis which stemmed from the cholesterol build-up. Either way, see your doctor OP. Get a professional diagnosis.
Nathan Reed
Thanks for the advice, fags. I kinda figured it was going to be something obvious but my health insurance is shit so I don't want to pay $9,000.01 just to be told I need to lose weight, which I have been. Will work on the cancer and AIDS later, I suck cocks.
Aiden Bell
Medfag again from before....
Hypertension and aortic stenosis based on what you're saying with the gym and your position changes causing your symptoms don't make sense from what I'm reading here. Hypertesion? Probably since you're obese and depending on you're age the chance you have it increases the older you are. Aortic stenosis? Again maybe cause you're obese and if you're on the older side, but that doesn't coinside with your story.
Likely, you're a big boy and compressing you're thoracic cavity while laying supine. Kind of like those YouTube videos where kids will press down on another kids chest until they pass out. Similar concept, but to a much lesser degree.
Diet and exercise are always good. You're likely fine, but there is always the small chance there is something mechanically wrong with your cardiovascular system. Obviously I'm going to say get it checked out. If making an appointment with your doctor is really an issue, strive to be healthier and see if it improves.
