Like winter can be comfy, but if you’re focusing in on dark, freezing weather, it’s kinda off putting for most people. It can look aesthetic. But comfy? That’s a-whole-nother.

I've been able to make it longer without relapsing but what gets me everytime is the nagging feeling of wanting to something I used to genuinely enjoyed just a year or two ago.

Læso is pretty comfy. It is a small island west of Skagen, the northmost point of Denmark. Fishing, woolcraft, amber and high quality natural salt are its main industries.
My family was centered there for a couple of centuries, but sadly, everyone living there died over the last couple of decades.
I miss the beaches and the summer storms, winters with waist-high snow, and eating myself full in lobsters. If anyone takes the trip to the northern parts of Denmark. I can heartily recommend spending a few days on Læso.
