Literally just a light coating of bacteria. you usually get it by the end of the day regardless of how much you brush. You do have some cavities forming though. Use hydrogen peroxide as an initial gargle, brush, floss, use an anticavity/gingivitis rinse and dont drink any water for at least a half hour afterwards and make sure to brush under on and around your tongue. brush to the point where you are almost hitting your gag reflex, cause that is where the halitosis comes from if it isnt coming from under your teeth. Don't use whitening toothpaste or strips, they damage your teeth. Normal teeth need to be an off white shade when healthy.
