What's the longest you've gone without brushing teeth...

what's the longest you've gone without brushing teeth? I got super fucking lazy and stopped brushing my teeth for a few months. So far nothing bad has happened. My breath probably fucking stinks but I don't talk to anyone irl anyway. Is brushing your teeth a conspiracy by the toothpaste jew?

Your tooth health is related to your heart health.

Don't fuck around op. At the very least drink water every night before bed.

Crest pro health is the most effective toothpaste. Many of them are shit and do not rebuild enamel (anything whitening)

when i had a fucked tooth i went at least 4 months at a time before brushing, got it out like 3 months ago after waiting about 4 years of it breaking apart and rotting away

OP here. Thanks to this thread I have finally brushed my teeth and will continue to do so until I die. The risk of damaging my teeth is too high. I've been researching more into it and it seems like I have already caused permanent damage. I am disgusted with myself.

>Crest
I as 1/10 dentists disagree

I went several years before I started brushing, here’s what they looked like a few months before I got all of the cavities filled. They still have the same look, just no holes

dude by the time something does happen, it might be too late and you'll need some major shit done
for your own sake get on that immediately, brush floss and everything
