Most people cite this as the worst experience, worse than any injury they had before. Passing out from pain on the floor in front of the toilet multiple times, etc.

i never really drank alcohol much until i was about 30. then, i drank rum and diet cola every night. i noticed an odd effect at times, where my pee smelled like methane. it was strange. i looked it up and learned that it was about releasing crystals from the kidneys or something. this effect was pretty strong for a few years, but now, after having continued the practice of drinking the same way, every day, that's long forgotten. it also seems to have put me through a cleansing process.

i just looked up the correlation between alcohol and kidney stones... apparently moderate use of alcohol lowers the risk of kidney stones. it seems to disintegrate/force cleansing.

Not alcohol itself, but the effects. Alcohol is a diuretic. Makes your body retain less water, which makes your kidneys work harder and filter out more water. It's the constant cycling that helps keep down stones

When I got a kidney stone, passing it took fucking 4 days. I was in pain and didn't sleep for that time. I could feel the painful rock tumbling through my tubes.
Forcing myself to pee constantly, drinking gallons of water for just a little bit of pressure push.

God the pain. Fucking 4 days. Have fun OP. Don't go shoving things in your ass like I did to stimulate the prostate cause that doesn't help push it through the kidney.

Yeah, 4-5 mm is still no fun. Just drink concentrated lime juice. That will smooth the stones out and make passing them much more bearable. Then you gotta change your lifestyle otherwise kidney disease is soon to follow

An old boss of mine got put on the shelf from stones mainly from poor diet and sedentary life choices. He was an asshole & I felt deserved to piss bismuth for a month.

When I did DXM, it had alot of guaif in it (causes kidney stones) I drank hundreds of grams of guaif throughout my 2 year period of addiction. Never got any kidney stones or any kidney problems. I consider myself a god. Also good luck nigger youll need it
