It doesn't always happen, but after 20 hours or so you'll wish you were vomiting if you don't. Trip can last for over a full day, and the body stress almost always causes a bad trip. Then you'll be dealing with a fuck- awful hangover for at least another day, if not 2.
Fucking scopolamine is a better trip, and it can be awful too.
If you have to trip on something and you don't have access to shrooms, try dxm. It's way easier on the body.

You will feel poisoned, and between tripping and feeling like shit, you'll be unable to do anything about how you feel. .. and that lasts about 24 to 36 hours before the shitty hangover where you feel slightly less poisoned.
