A few tips:
1: Be choosy. There are a lot of streets and a lot of girls to pick from. Don't just settle for anyone when you've got a wide variety.

if you're talking about weed as I suspect after reading the thread then
1. the netherlands' coffeeshop weed is overpriced. it's usually okay but good stuff is like €15/g and not the best weed by any standard
2. high quality hydro weed is everywhere in europe, even in nordic countries where it's poorly tolerated by the police. even in south africa it's not difficult to find some dank indoor
3. hiring a prostitute isn't illegal in most european countries
