does climate change really matter? even if we do nothing, and genocide ourselves, so what? massive extinction events have occurred multiple times in the 3.5 billion years that life has been around for, and more extinction events will occur in the 7 billion years that the earth has until it is consumed by the sun.
the "cosmic hourglass" is running, regardless, so what difference does it make?
By this logic you could kill yourself now and it would save everyone a lot of time.
Jack Taylor
It doesn't matter to Earth, it matters to humans. Earth has been through much worse and will move on just fine without us.
Justin Reyes
Climate change mattes. If not for climate change we would still be in the ice age.
Jaxon Jones
hur dur
Adam Thomas
it's not so much climate change as the cause of it, namely humans producing CO2 faster than it can be removed. the change in climate is just a symptom of that. in the same way, a cough can result from lung cancer.
Matthew Reyes
i mean even the universe dies eventually. stars burn out, and on the grand scale every resource is finite. you're tugging at existentialism, there.
Jack Rogers
It matters to me, y'know? I like living and shit. And if I ever decide to turn my life around and have a kid, I'd imagine I'd like him to live as well, and so on and so forth.
Quantum everything is the only way out of stuff like that. Realistically, we can get humans to colonize other planets once we have the technology in a hundred years or so to get to and from said livable planet. Once we are able to mine asteroids in space, it's game over because we will then have unlimited resources at our disposal. Humanity really only has to survive on Earth another 100, 125 years max. After that, if we don't exterminate ourselves, we will probably solve every quantum question possible eventually and be able to escape the universe once it stops expanding and starts to contract again. Because the multiverse is definitely a thing
>the absolute state of climat change denial >there isnt any >its not caused by us >its cuz of us, but we cant fix it >is it even bad, that theres climate change? u r here
Brayden Edwards
i agree, but what does it matter if it happened before? people used to die of smallpox, too. the netherlands was under water. we used ot have to forage for food. we can exert control over the environment in which we live.
Cooper Jones
Climate change is completely and utterly fake. The warming trend is fabricated with offsets on top of the actual temperature data. This is publicly available information from government websites. You're all low IQ. 1935 was by far the hottest year on record.
This climate change is bullshit agenda pushed to sway political opinions and or filler for new gaps or used as cover story when an actual news worthy event takes place like the DC "exercises" taking place in DC.
Daniel Jackson
Don't talk about the thousands of lives that about got snuffed out because of mass biological agent instead small banner about an "exercise leaking to the news" Back to chuck for more about that climate change Fuck the TRUMP administration huh Chuck? Sure thing Dave and we have more climate moving its was westward this evening.
