How would I go about putting a hidden camera in a women's locker room?
I can sneak in when no one is looking.
But how about the logistics of what kind of camera, how can I power it so it lasts a few days? I guess motion sensing would save on battery and memory. But how can I hide it in the open? Exact model of hidden camera?

Depends on the setting. Gym locker rooms are easy, just place one near a TV, plug the power into the TV's power source or a mUSB into a port on the TV. If the room has a low vent (like one into the floor), there would be your best bet. buy the most expensive Battery pack using cash from some random store, tape the lights, shove it in there.
If they have benches, carefully velcroing or taping one (using the power bank) underneath the bench facing an area of the room shouldn't be too difficult.
If you can buy these with cash, it'd be more difficult to trace it to you.

Forgot to add, motion detection would work well to save battery, put in a 128Gb sd card,
tape over the lens(and any lights) before you turn it on, and when you turn it on, do not be seen by the lens. If there is a wifi function, you can turn it on for a day to see the results, but turn it off/disable it to save battery in the long run.
Using a 1080p camera with a 10000 power bank should result in roughly 10-12 hours of continuous recording, even more if you use detection.

If the camera is found, pray you didn't get recorded by it. If it shows a 'time stamp' make it to some random date, so you have plausible deniability.
Oh, and if you're testing the camera, DO NOT use the same testing SD card into the camera, they can recover deleted files, and if your face is on there, you're fucked.

Above all else, be creative in your placement, planning, and if you're caught. I got caught once by an ex, but I told her that it was a one-off camera that I bought to specifically record her. Eventually she became open to the idea of me recording our sex, "I can fap to other women all I want, but I want to fap to you!"
Some ideas I've done before:
-DIY shampoo bottle + soap bottles
-In laundry baskets (careful of overheating), use a powerbank charger for deniability ("oops, I dropped it! my bad!" worked four times.)
-Power banks on a shelf, charging near a low/sink work particularly well. Pic related is a powerbank sitting on its side, on a shelf on top of toilet paper, facing the toilet.
-Bluetooth speaker cams also work well.
-In the trash behind the toilet
-behind the toilet in any small box or container, I used a shower sponge box.
Bedroom -
-Power banks, again, best bet. They're easiest to hide in the open.
-Coat racks (in jacket pockets)
-laundry baskets,
-near computers, speakers, etc.
-under furniture, facing upwards.
Other tips:
-Consider FOV, the 'wide' ones can be placed on their sides for more vertical footage.
-Consider placing a 'overhead' camera that doesn't capture anything first, to stake the place out. Where and how do people get to the shower, the toilet, etc?

The better quality cameras you spend, the better win you can pick up. This is the same powerbank used before, but in a laundry basket facing a toilet.
As you can see, the exposure/view is somewhat rough since there is no way to adjust exposure. Having control over exposure and even IR lighting can be very useful in darker bedrooms/bathrooms.
Also, you're going to be getting a lot of 'close calls' wherein if your camera was *JUST* slightly higher, had better quality, had just some one little detail, you'd get the win.

In overhead viewings of her, I discovered she wipes ALWAYS standing up. Whenever she's around, I place a shower basket ON TOP of the toilet, and place a camera in the shower basket looking through the holes facing the wall.
I'd rather not, but something like a toilet scrubber box would work. Something that's non-conspicious if it's near or behind a toilet. Even a trashcan.

Ahh, good memories. That was my first hidden camera type. First thing to do is to set it to motion detect. I lost a looot of good footage of showers because it wasn't on MD.
Pic is what you can expect. The lens is well hidden enough, I suggest plugging something into it (not charging, just some random cable). Since the lens is generally covered with something, expect 'yellow' footage.

Unless it's on a desk or something in the locker room, i'd avoid it. It's something people grab too often.
Phones are HIGH risk, since they have data that can link to you directly if you're caught. That being said, if you can 'forget' your phone in your jacket pocket, and that jacket pocket is on the door... (just make sure that no lights are being emitted, sounds are off, and the screen isn't on.) Test it on yourself. You can also try leaving it in a shower basket, cover it with random crap.
I think my power bank camera type is most useful. Nobody expects a power bank to be a camera, it usually lasts a long recording time, and the quality isn't bad if you can place it close or in brightly lit areas. Your best bet, if you're creative, is to make one.

Showers are tough.
The camera has to at least be water resistant or protected by water. Soapy water and electronics don't mix well. That's why I use a sealed shower bottle. Your best bet is to make one yourself, or work with a window/high area. People don't look up in a shower, often.

They're pretty cheap on ebay. Don't get the ones that look like plastic UNLESS you can place it under a shower caddy attached to the wall/shower head. The plastic ones have been posted everywhere on facebook and every girl knows what they look like. Get something like pic related, that isn't publicized yet.

One final BIG point: Do not record or place anything where underage people are likely to be. These I've posted are all recorded in settings where the people are at least 20 and no child is present.
If you're caught peeping it's one thing, if you're caught peeping on some kids youre truly fucked up and are looking for an even worse sentence. I have never recorded anything near kids to avoid the risk, even if I really wanted one or two particular chicks. laws in the southeast are suuuper fucked regarding finding out Cheese shit.

There are communal clothes racks (where u put your towel on a hanger and hang). I am thinking putting a hidden camera in these (see picture) and just hanging it out in the open. This would be an ideal vantage point because it is right in front of the women changing .

If it's in a store, the clerks check for things that shouldn't be in the changing stalls often. Shoe cams or bag high angle cams are better for 'peeking' under things. If it's in a personal or private changing place, then place things that people wouldn't generally need, like shaving cream or toe fungus cream.
Also, try to get cameras in places that will not often be touched, or something that's inconspicious to not be touched. Touched cams are to be avoided if possible.

Place a dollar bill in the bag (someone will probably take it if opened), and just zip it leaving an inch open. easy. If someone closes it, they'll close it fully. An inch open means it wasn't opened.
You're testing to see if someone will either A: look through the bag, or B: ask about the bag.
if A happens, and the bag remains untouched, it's safe. Just play with it so-often to show it as being 'used' by someone, and don't keep the camera there for extended periods, nor every day.
if B happens, well, use your imagination. maybe You don't own the bag. maybe You own the bag, but you don't own the camera placed in the bag. idk.
