totally agree. I saw a female cop try to arrest a drunk guy who was skinny but towered over her and with the cuffs on he swung her round like a ragdoll. Bouncers from a nearby club had to run over and help restrain him.

Also saw two respond to a fight with a bunch of male officers. Both buckled straight away. One got punched in the face and fell down crying while the other couldn't restrain a fat guy and got stuck under him. The male cops did everything
