Milwaukee can be boring but it's not that bad just avoid the ghetto and thinfs like that. I think Maryland Louisiana etc. Is worse.

Lost my virginity in Milwaukee. It was with a really pathetic dive bar floozy, and that was probably the most exciting thing to do there.
Chicago has plenty to do, depends on what you like. I favored the BYOB strip clubs, hopefully they still allow that

Yeah, you saw the right thing. It's a horticulture center, so they have all kinds of plants and trees besides flowers. Each dome is a different climate. Temperate, tropical, and desert. Really neat.

Seconding this, going out on the glass floor part is insane. The amount of people posing for selfies is a bit annoying, but it's still fuckin neato
Went there -- it's kinda neat if you're into motorcycles at all. They have a room dedicated to the different parts of their engines which I thought was cool.
Milwaukee zoo is also pretty decent.

Must do things in Chicago:
See Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, Art Institute, Museum of Contemporary Photography, Planetarium, Navy Pier, North Avenue Beach, drive up Lake Shore Drive all the way to Winnetka.
Drink on Division Street in the Gold Coast, go to Hideout or the Exit, wild hare or Greenmill. Eat at any restaurant on Hubbard St.
Go to Oakpark and do the Frank Lloyd Wright Tour.
Go to Second City for Comedy.
Put on a MAGA hat and Go to Englewood or Pilsen. They will love you.

Chicago is a really safe place and all the crime basically happens in 6 neighborhoods on the south and southwest sides. Everything in “the loop” north and northwest is safer than any large city anywhere.

Piece of advice for Chicago: park your car at the hotel, then take a cab/Uber everywhere. Driving is extremely stressful there. Parking can be almost impossible in some areas. It will be more expensive, but it is so worth it.
