Infini
never heard of it. im gonna look it up now.
The signal
Weird start to the movie but interesting twists
For me it's masterpiece movie called 2001: A Space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick. The other ones are more or less plagiarized on that movie, and you should know this if you were watching Interstellar
seen this movie about when it came out. i think youre referring to the movie about 'the signal' where theres this broadcasted signal that makes everyone go crazy right? the problem with that movie is that it has 3 directors. each half hour is a different director. hence the abrupt shift in tones. overall, the movie has an interesting concept, id love to see this movie get a remake.
One you've probably seen. The Thing
One you probably haven't. Pandorum
seen it. i also read the book when i was much younger. i remember more than the book, but i remember both endings clearly. i prefer the books ending.
nigguh. ARE YOU IN MY BRAIN?!! i watched carpenters the thing the other night. sheeeeiiii.
ill look up pandorum
>Annihilation
With Natalie Portman. That's basicly a LSD trip metaphoar.
wtf. pandorum has like a 22 metacritic score, but imdb has a 6.8 score. DA FUUUUUU?
i watched the shit the other night as well. alex garlands is fucking amazing.
I see that you're more into reading rather then watching. I would like to ask you one question if that's okay with you. Yeah, i know that this is going to be out of topic.
>Fire in the Sky
In 1975, a group of five men are driving home after working in a forest when they see a mysterious light. Intrigued, Travis Walton (D.B. Sweeney) leaves the truck -- only to be sucked up by a flying saucer. The other four men report the strange event, but they are skeptically interrogated by Lt. Frank Watters (James Garner), who suspects that murder is behind Walton's disappearance. When Walton reappears five days later, his story of alien abduction is met with disbelief.
meh. i read alot, but not sci fi. the last sci fi book i read was brave new world. fucking loved it. i tried reading the foundation series, and holy fuck, i gave up. just too boring.
feel free to ask any question.
never even heard of this one. might have to check it out
Thanks user. So i was read a novel from C.J. Sansom that is called Sovereign, and i found out that this is one of the greatest genre (crime, thriller, drama) i've ever read. If you know what am i trying to write you, then i would like to read some of your own opinion on that novel. However if you didn't read that novel, that is my big recommendation for you
*then it is my big
ill look it up. i haven't read a good book in a long time. itd be nice to read one again. thanks for the recommendation
Do you have any suggestion for me, except Brave new world?
Predestination
Sunshine
DO IT TO JULIA! NOT ME!
hmmm. let me think on that.
oh i know one!. dont read anything about it. its a short story. look up, the jaunt by stephen king. i never read it myself. but i read about it, and ruined the story. hope you dont ruin it either. id love to hear you opinion on it if you do it read it.
>jaunt by stephen king
Fugg it, i already read that before.
another alex garland movie. watched it when it came out. at first, i, like most people, loved the first 2/3, and hated the last 1/3. but thats a movie, i think about it every year. and honestly. the ending has grown on me. i always wondered if their was more to the 'monsters' story then what was in the movie. like there were sections missing. overall. a personal favorite of mine
Upgrade was a really good recent sci-fi.
shit man.. ive tried one thing, and im all out of ideas! i recently tried reading the book 'who goes there', but didnt make it very far. and the book on tape version of the book is just chock full of exposition dialogue. really took me out of it.
but yeah.. i dont know many books. movies i can help ya with i think (seems like a know most of the ones here)
looking these up now. thanks for the recommendations.
be careful user.
Predestination has one of those endings you don't want ruined by the trailer showing or saying too muich!!!
fuck it. thats the one ill queue up to watch next. choice has been made gentlemen.
the other suggestions have been bookmarked.
it is late and i le tired. i might post again, might not.

My favorite movie.
If you like pandorum, you'll love event horizon.
