I too am interested in this. So far i've found that the round base doesn't really work, it needs a long neck and it itself shouldn't be long enough to start to penetrate unto upper colon (not the proper term).
Picture is my collection, the best ones i gor are top middle, bottom middle and bottom right. top middle is by far the best for extended use, bottom middle's base is almost sharp, and bottom right is great but too thin, can barely feel it

lots of problems with it for extended use:
1. it is hollow
2. base is way too wide and round (unless you are very, very skinny, ass cheeks would be pulling it out as you walk)
3. it's neck is almost as wide as it's head, so it tends to slip out anyways unless you wear some sort of a strap that holds it in.
I've also had pic related, they are a catastrophe for extended use (barely any good for any use).

I find that plugs with round bases aren't much good for long periods.
i have a doc johnson (pic related is mine) with a flat/straight base that I use for long periods of time; it needs re-lubing every 3 hours or so, and once you get used to the base pushing your ass cheeks apart a bit, you can wear it all day (I do this about once a week).

As far as the same producer in china, I've had probably 30 butt plugs over the last decade and a half and i found that the difference in quality of the material is extreme from let's say Doc Johnson's premium platinum silicone to some ebay or amazon crap. I would only suggest buying cheap ones to see if the shape fits you, and then buy a proper one. The companies i've head great experience with for silicone plugs are Doc Jognson, California Exotics, Pipedream, Malesation. The ones that are expensive and not really worth it were so far only the brand "EasyToys".

Probably not healthy either. Good silicone ones are made from the same material (platinum cured medical silicone) they use for drainage catheters in open wounds and similar, your body won't mind the material no matter how long it stays in, it will only be bothered by mechanical stretching and pressure, so i do always recommend to try silicone for long use. almost forgot, it's most likely not stabbing your bladder but rather stabbing your colon itself (blue arrow on the pic) if the plug had a nice round head of a larger diameter, it would feel like pressure but not stabbing because it would be straightening that bend in the colon. I've found a good solution for not buying online and it's how I've gotten most of mine when i wasn't living alone. Some local sex shops (atleast in my country) offer to send to your post office, but to keep in the post office and you need to come pick it up.
