I found that finding purpose or meaning comes from attaching yourself to something bigger than yourself. Something that requires hands-on work. Myself I have moved into permaculture, despite being loose af and never been sufficiently skilled at much. But this happened, the moment I dedicated myself to this purpose everything started slotting into place and I was quickly employed in a role it would normally take years to get a sniff at.

Find a purpose, become the solution, have faith in the road ahead. Grow old, die while still mystified by life.

It'll be solved through technology and the market.

Think of all the protesting against eating meat and how useless that has been, probably converting no one to the cause.

Now think of companies such as Quorn who produce a meat alternative as a means to make money. They have saved more animals than any amount of protesting.

Market forces, capitalism, science, and technology eventually self-correct in order to maintain forward momentum.

Grow up and focus your energy on getting a decent education in STEM and work towards being part of the solution rather than someone who whinges that everyone else should do something.
