There will always be work to do, sure there may be some people who will be parasites who can just sit around and have fun because everything will be worked by bots and resources will be everywhere but, there will always be more planets to land on and even Terraform, we may even be able to create our own stars eventually and then create a planet and our own races, once humanity spreads out far enough the differences between people and culture will be so vastly different we ofcourse wouldnt even evolve the same way, this is the course of many many years ofcourse.
