Phantasy Star IV needs to be remade, but I'm afraid they'd botch it. The game had an amazing story for its time, and some innovative mechanics. I still wish RPGs today would bring back the macro system. It's such a wonderful way to speed through battles, without having to simply use "auto-battle" where your characters do something like all regular attacks, or all-out heavy spell casting that leaves you draining your resources too quickly.

With the macro system you could setup a macro for each type of encounter you expect to find in the current area you're exploring, select it, and breeze through battles while conserving resources as best as possible.

jeanine is the most top player of the third gen. he beat niviel in castles tourney, the first time niv had been beaten in a tourney in 9 tourneys on PS4 alone. Never kept track of him on PC, though I know he only comes to PS4 for tourneys.

He did it by abusing a hyper armor latency glitch that used to be banned, until just very recently, because players of the last year or so just don't give a shit anymore because there are so few players left and most people only show up for fun.

dks3 feels like you're trudging through mud, and/or weigh 1,000 pounds. Parrying and movement used to be smooth and consistent in dks1. In dks3 even parrying an NPC requires prediction because of how delayed it is.

Isaac was great for awhile. I still go back to play a round here and there, but I have so many hours logged into that damn game, that I just can't really enjoy it anymore.

I'm still going to play the new DLC whenever they get around to finishing it, but I don't know that I'll ever have the Isaac hype again.

Also, Greed Mode was a huge letdown.
