Mate, literally had the exact same injury couple of days ago. Buy Polysporin x2-3 tubes, apply 2 times per day (morning, pm), cover with NON STICK pads/gauze over all area, finish with elastic tissue band to hold in place. Keep covered for couple days/week

Had road rash like that all the way up my back after a biking accident. Disinfect as much as possible, wrap it up and keep it nice and wrapped. Let it breath for a half hour every day once in the day and Once at Night before bed and then wrap it back up before bed. Clean it off every so often and like the other user said, if there's any kind of stink or aroma or rot, go to the hospital. You might've developed an infection that can lead to necrosis.
