i find that dreams are our subconscious mind's way of communicating "what's up" to the conscious. whenever i'm in a particularly poor mental state, anxious, or whatever "lately", my dreams will in turn reflect this.
dreams can be an important tool in understanding yourself if you value introspection.

well, they kind of are a random mishmash of things you've experienced in your life. you can't dream about something you aren't familiar with or frequently think about. that's why i'm kind of jealous of people who have elaborate action/horror dreams. that kind of stuff just isn't on my mind and i haven't consumed a lot of that content. so yeah.

I must eat a more substantial meal to not collapse at work, and enjoying an almost full meal just 30 minutes after waking up, that's one way to make me throw up early in the morning.
I wake up at 8:30-9 everytime I have to get to work (Now used to it so that's pretty much when I wake up, period), it's much better for me so that I actually have time to do some things and have my body ready/active before starting to work.
